Flue gas analyzers are equipment using electrochemical sensors for continuous analysis of fume content measuring CO2, CO, NOx, SO2 etc. The primary use is for small-scale fuel, gas boiler pollution emissions or hand-held applications for environmental monitoring adjacent to the source of pollution. Depending on the mode of application, it can be divided into hand-held flue gas analyzers and fixed-line recorders.

The flue gas analyser is powerful. — source illustration

Analytically detectable O2, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, CXHY, fumes, fumes, flue pressure, incineration power and excess air coefficients. You can choose differential pressure, flow speed. The flue gas composition of H2S, H2, HCL, NH3, HC, etc. can be detected with an optional additional sensor, e.g., total emissions.

The flue gas analyzer is equipped with high-power Parther gas coolers and drainage worm pumps, as well as electronic testing of condensation once the drainage cap is reached, active opening of the corrosive pump, discharge of condensation water is well suited for wet gas monitoring and analysis. The instrument is also equipped with a three-tier filter and a particle collection device that can be used to filter dust and smoke particles.

The flue gas analyzer is equipped with a wireless mobile hand-manufactor, operating the instrument within an area of approximately 50 metres, which is well suited to a serious source of contamination, with the operator operating the instrument over long distances; and avoiding on-site contamination by the operator.

The internal high power thin membrane gas pump with a maximum vacuum of -60kPa and a pneumatic pneumatic pressure of 20kPa will function normally.

Smoke sample flow of 2-3.5 litres/minutes to ensure that the sensor touches the pneumatic smoke and increases the speed of reaction. T90 is: O2 - 15 seconds; CO, NO, NO2, SO2 - 20~60 seconds of gas pumps have superior corrosive properties. MTBF (equilibria-free time) 20,000 hours.
