The flue gas analyzer is based on ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy technology (DOAS) and chemical metrology algorithms (PLS) and can measure concentrations of gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, H2S, CH3I, with high accuracy, reliability, response time and wide application, and can be widely applied to sites such as environmental online monitoring, industrial process control, safety monitoring, etc.

    Flue gas analyzer product characteristics:

    1. The application of UV-absorbed spectral gas analysis techniques and chemical metrology algorithms are advanced and the accuracy of the scale is not influenced by moisture and dust compared to NDIR (gas phase water is not absorbed in the UV band, liquid phase water and dust are non-selective to UV-absorption and are considered to be slow changes in the spectrum), detection of lower limits and temperature drift. The scale scale ratio reaches 10:1 and supports the automatic Quantities Switch.

    2. The gas chamber structure reasonable analyzer gas chamber is made of stainless steel and does not require mirror polishing, gold plating, strong gas chamber, low capital, low water, low dust, fibre-optic connection between the detector and gas chamber, replacement of lunch and low maintenance.

    3. Pulse luminescence light sources, with a lifetime of 109 times, calculated on a 3-second basis, with a useful life of 10 years; pulse luminum lamps are sources of cold light that have the advantage of being long, stable and unheated compared to infrared light sources.

    4. Optical motion components such as non-optical motion components, such as slices of light, interferometers, are highly reliable and do not cause damage to the on-site vibrations and have no effect on the measurement.

    5. Measure NO and NO2 directly and add them to obtain NOx, without a nitrogen oxides converter. Both NO and NO2 absorb ultraviolet light. Simultaneous measurement avoids the cost of an NO2-to-NO converter and improves system reliability.
