In the system control of the new dry cement production line, the gaseous composition of the chambers, the decomposition furnaces and the first cylinders (O2, NO, CO, CO2) are very important. For example, if concentrations of oxygen, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides are known, the ventilation and incineration in the kiln can be accurately determined and adjusted in a timely manner.

However, in a number of field studies, experts on the Network found that most of the online smoke analyzers in cement enterprises, especially the most important smoke room analyzers, are now damaged or not equipped even after they have been damaged. This is due to the poor working environment of the smoke room, where the smoke analyzer ' s probe is permanently located, making it difficult to guarantee outstanding operational conditions. The protection of the on-line flue gas analyzer is also fragmented, and the need for service providers to provide on-site protection is costly. These, together, have resulted in a gaseous composition of the smoking chambers, which is virtually blank for many cement enterprises (see figure below).

There are also some cement enterprises that have purchased portable smoke analyzers from various manufacturers, but this equipment cannot be used, for example, because it does not know the details of the cement business, which often leads to the selection error.

The filter position of the device is located at the top of the probe. When measuring the gas composition, the probe needs to be deep into the smoke. That is to say, when measuring the gas content of the smoke room, filters need to be inserted into the smoke room. The smoke room is at temperatures of up to 1000-1200°C and has a high dust content, and the filter will be agile and will eventually result in out-of-control results and loss of practical value of the equipment.
