The effect of some elements of the flue gas analyzer test on the results of the soot test should be noted in the soot test process, first of all to ensure a smooth flow of gas in the pipe and the use of pumps to sample the flue gas, which, if not matched, would have a significant impact on the results of the tests, which would have been less rapid if the sampling pump had been smaller than the gas flow in the flue, and obviously the results of the soot test would have been lower.

If the flow of gas within the pipe is small and the flow of the sample pump is high, the result would be the opposite. Second, because the filters that are now commonly used are fibre filters of glass, with the mandatory application of temperature limits, which can only be applied at limits below 400 degrees, the temperature of the boiler burning is too high to allow the filters to burn, to break the filters and to influence the results of the tests.

It is therefore necessary to change the filter material when the burning temperature exceeds 500 degrees, and can be selected for the Goon Jade filter. There is also a need to ensure that the instrument flow meter is consistent with the true flow rate in the flue pipe, and the results of the tests are incorrect due to the severity of the water membrane phenomenon in the scrubber, which simply results in the blocking of the static tube and affects the flow of the gas.
