On-line continuous monitoring of emission concentrations and total emissions from fixed sources of contaminants was achieved by the flue gas on-line monitoring equipment using extraction sampling, backscatter ash concentration measurement, leather hosting smoke flow measurement and computer network communication technology. At the same time, technical improvements have been made in response to the country ' s relatively small coal species, high variations in coal, high discharge concentrations of pollutants and high flue gas humidity. The Chinese operating platform and the Chinese reporting function, multi-group simulations and switch input output interface, which are provided in accordance with standard design specifications, allow for connectivity to the on-site bus and the choice of multiple communication methods to allow the system to operate in a flexible manner.

The on-line monitoring equipment for flue gas consists mainly of a profiling system, a pre-treatment subsystem, a gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, a particulate matter monitoring subsystem, a fume gas parameters monitoring subsystem, a data acquisition control subsystem, auxiliary systems and stations.
Monitoring content: NOx, SO2, O2, humidity, flue gas emission parameters (flow, pressure, temperature), soot content.
1. The profiling system:
Gas sampling probe is a component of the gas sampled by inserting a pyrotechnic gas collection point. The sampling programe device has an electric heating co-heating function, which is self-heating and temperature control. The device applies to the continuous collection of gas samples following the combustion process;
If over-oxidation is observed during sampling, it may be caused by a leak in the boiler system or a high volume of wind. The boiler equipment should be inspected in a timely manner, and in case of leaks, the pyrotechnic system should be sealed and, in case of high-temperature wind, systems matching the boiler should be replaced in a timely manner.
2. Pre-treatment subsystems:
The flue gas pre-treatment system, which is used to complete sample gas purification, dust removal, wetting and drainage, improves the reliability, stability and repetition of detection results and reduces the cost of operation maintenance;
The temperature associated with the sample tube is self-regulating, while the temperature detector is embedded to detect whether the heat associated with the sample is normal and the temperature signal is transmitted to the DAS as the diagnostic element. The calibration channel meets the requirement of twice the normal operating pressure.
3. Subsystems for monitoring gaseous pollutants:
An infrared gas analysis system has high reliability and sensitivity, and in particular, the gases have their own characteristic spectrum, free from interference by the gases. An analyzer can be measured to include gases such as SO2, NOX, CO2, O2 etc.;
The instrument is designed with a high-precision micro-pressure/static sensor and a unique leather hosting structure, combined with automatic calibration and auto-blowing techniques, and can be used extensively in real-time continuous measurements of a variety of flue temperature, pressure, flow speed and flow.
4. Subsystems for particle monitoring:
The particle monitoring system uses laser back-scatter to determine the concentration of soot.
