As our efforts to combat atmospheric pollution have been stepped up year after year, an emission monitoring network for pollutants has gradually been set up in the country, and the flue gas analyzers have been extensively applied to the matching and validation of monitoring systems to ensure the reliability of monitoring results. The flue gas analyzer is used primarily to measure concentrations of harmful gases and oxygen in the flue gas, such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide. So, what's the method of checking the flue gas analyzer? The following is an introduction to the compendium. Method of verification of the flue gas analyzer:
1. Appearances and structural requirements
(c) Visual and manual screening.
2. Maximum traffic
Connect the flow meter to the vent, activate the analyzer pump, regulate the flow count, and observe whether the flow required by the instructions can be reached.

3. Imperative error
After calibrating the zero point, the analyzer enters approximately 20% of the full range, 50% of the standard gas, and 80% of the gas in each concentration, three times, to read the stabilization markers.
Use the maximum indication error Δa as the analyzer's indication-error verification result.
4. Duplication
When the analyzer calibrates the zero point, the standard gas of about 80% of the full range is measured by each person, and once the indicative value is stabilized, the measure c. Then returns to zero, the above step repeats six times, the repetition is expressed in relative standard deviations, r, and the sr of the parameters can be calculated separately in formula (2).
5. Response Time
After calibrating point zero, the analyzer first reaches about 80 per cent of the standard gas in the full range, reads the instrument ' s stabilization starting value, then cleans the air, then lets the instrument return to zero, then passes through the above standard gas, and at the same time records the time that the instrument reaches the stable starting value of 90 per cent in seconds, repeats the step three times, and takes the average of the algorithm for the analyzer ' s response time.
6. Stability
The analyzer calibrates the zero point and enters approximately 80 per cent of the standard gas in the scale range, reading the stabilization marker c1 as the initial value of the instrument. Allows the instrument to operate continuously at 1h, with a standard gas for 15min people at each interval, while reading the stable index c. For each standard gas, read a stabilization value of 4 times and take the maximum value c from the initial value. Stables are calculated by formula (3).
This is shared by the above-mentioned method of checking the flue gas analyzer, which measures and calculates seven gases and 18 combustion parameters simultaneously, in particular key operational parameters such as the lifetime of the O2 sensor, the stability of the machine, the capacity of the battery, and the small size, weight and overlap of the smoke analyzer.
