How to fully verify the in situ accuracy of a smoke analyzer? This paper offers the following recommendations:
1. Operational flow consistency validation 1.1 Test flow per se and flow consistency per package 1) Test instrument external flow meter, pump, and flow count readings recorded.

2) Tests are connected to sampling guns, catheters, pre-processors, filtering information ..., pumping, recording traffic readings.
3) The difference between two readings does not exceed 5%.
1.2 Consistency of operational flow in high-pressure sampling holes 1)
2) The same series of flow measures (noticing that the flow must be external, rather than light believer instrument itself) during the high-pressure sampling hole operation.
3) The difference between two readings does not exceed 5%.
1.3 Consistency of operational flows in the soot assembly state 1) Select a sampling hole with a higher soot content and measure the flow.
2) Longer term consecutive sampling (e.g., one hour) to observe whether the flow has declined and to record readings.
3) The difference between two readings does not exceed 5%.
2. Validation of the "plugged interference" treatment:
The error in testing caused by the "interruption" is currently not supported by the corresponding criteria, but it is feasible to test it from its rationale. At least it is possible to achieve a measure in mind.
Simple authentication can be done with a single gas. The "two-in-one" gas will be customised or self-formulated, and will be non-disturbed. Some blends can coexist over time and can be stored in cylinders under pressure. Some, while theoretically capable of long-term coexistence, are in fact available only now. In the absence of a gas dispenser, the gas pump, the control valve, the gas pump switch, and the spectrometer can also be supplied with gas (detailed in the later figure) and the accuracy of the mix of the gas can be satisfied because of the small number of links affecting the accuracy of the gas, the first of which is the error in the time of the hand-controlled air pump switch. And it's for "validation" instead of "marking." It doesn't have to be so harsh, just for the purposes of certification.
Note: In order to be more effective, rather than using a method of depressive direct gas supply to the instrument, the method of transition is to be used in larger soft air bags (e.g., 10L).
