The flue gas analysis system consists of two main functions. The flue gas analysis system consists of two main functions: sample processing and sample analysis, which are installed in separate equipment and are internal to the catheters connected by cable fibre, electricity and wind. The two equipments are mounted in parallel on a general tube-like metal shelf. The separation of sample processing and analytical equipment has significantly reduced the erosion of H2S on electronic and electrical components.
The flue gas analyzer measures H2S. ultraviolet radiation absorbed by the ultraviolet region in the electromagnetic spectrum, creating high and stable energy for americium, transmitted back and forth through the cable between the measuring units. The optical length of the measuring units is confirmed by the flow of acid sample gases. The light passes through the cable to the measuring units. After passing through the gas cavity in the measuring unit, the remaining light passes through the second cable to the spectrometer. The charge couplings convert the light into a telecommunications signal. These signals represent the bands that affect the dispersed spectral strength. The computer system records the H2S concentration of the spectrometer. |
