PM-CEMS Wet Extractive Dust Monitor
PM-CEMS wet-scraper is a particle meter for ultra-low emission, with a very high sensitivity and a test limit of 0.005 mg/m3. The instrument consists of four major components of sampling and return units, equal speed tracking and control units, heating and temperature control units, measurement and signal processing units. The sampling and return unit completes the gas sample and return process; Quick tracking and control units complete the measurement of flue gas flow and sampling flows, while controlling the pressure of the jet pump to change sampling flows for the purpose of tracking sampling; The measurement and signal processing units consist of lasers, measuring cavities, PVs, anti-blowing and gas screen devices, calibration devices, which convert particles ' concentrations into telecommunications and then adjust their output by measuring the forward dispersing light of particles. ● (b) A characteristic optical tectonic structure with an extremely high sensitivity and resolution; ● Specific extraction and heating back-gas route formations that can be used in situations where gases are measured to contain very high water fog; ● (b) A selection of the kinetic tracking sampling module, with the option of an equal-speed sampling configuration; ● (b) The application of self-adapted slotting methods with an extremely wide range of dynamic responses; unique automatic zero points and automatic cross-calibration; ● Possession of anti-blowing and air-screening structures and computation methods to withstand window contamination; ● Unique structural design, integrated mainframe and separate equilibrium tracking modules, with a host of less than 20 KG overall mass and single person capable of installation, commissioning and maintenance. |
