Headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Highpower Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is supported by its core manufacturing base, Zhejiang Tianlan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., at Zhejiang Zheneng Smart Energy Industrial Park. We develop environmental and online process analysis applications and provide core agency and integration services for Thermo Fisher Scientific and ENVEA in the energy and chemical industries. As the Asia-Pacific core research and manufacturing base for the Australian-registered TURELINE brand, we connect international monitoring standards with local manufacturing, developing analytical instruments and sample conditioning systems for energy, chemicals, cement and steel.

We supplied online environmental monitoring systems for China’s first ultra-low-emission generating unit and first 9H generating unit, developed the world’s first online raw-gas analysis system for a Lurgi gasifier, and participated in developing the national standard for automatic dioxin sampling systems for stationary-source emissions.

Our mission is to make production safer and cleaner, with greater efficiency and lower energy consumption. Using precise online measurement data, we collaborate with Zhejiang University’s College of Optical Science and Engineering, the University of Sydney and other universities to combine advanced algorithms and control strategies. We tailor system optimisation to operational challenges, providing integrated hardware and professional services with support throughout the lifecycle.
