Why does the Environmental Protection Monitoring Station use portable smoke analyzers? The portable flue gas analyzer, which uses heat-heated flame organization detectors (HFID) to measure total hydrocarbons (including THC, VOC, TOC, NMHC), is a standard measurement technique that fully complies with the regulations. Portable flue gas analyzers have a wide range of applications, ranging from smoke boilers to combustion stoves to high-concentration solvent users.
The outstanding relevance of lipids, alcohols, esters, ketone and aromatic compounds provides a solid method for detecting total hydrocarbon concentrations. It is based on the use of hydrogen and air burning flames, when organic compounds enter flames burned with hydrogen and oxygen, when chemical ionizing occurs at high temperatures and when ionizing occurs several orders of ion above the base current. In the directional effects of high-voltage fields, formation of an ion flow, with a weak ion flow being expanded by high resistance, becomes a telecommunications signal in proportion to the volume of organic compounds entering the flame, allowing for a quantitative analysis of organic matter based on the large lines of the signal. |
