Frozen gas analyzers are meaningful in controlling emissions of polluting substances in flue gases

Time: 2022-01-24     [Reproduced]

Industrial development brought about economic flight, but also placed an enormous burden on the environment. The increasing levels of environmental pollution, particularly in the atmosphere, have seriously affected people ' s normal lives and physical well-being. The emission of flue gas from fixed sources of pollution is one of the major sources of atmospheric gas pollution, and the development of a real-time, intelligent, stable, reliable and simple flue gas monitoring system is of practical significance for the development of our automated smoke monitoring system to control emissions of pollutants from the flue gas.

Frozen gas analyzers are meaningful in controlling emissions of polluting substances in flue gases

The gas analysis instrument currently in use in the country has significant limitations in terms of monitoring scope, measuring accuracy, and component analysis, while the new non-dispersible infrared (NDIR) technology allows for the detection of multiple groups of flue gas concentrations, which is based on infra-gas absorption and does not require the consumption of substances during the measurement process, and therefore has a long-lived, stable, selective, wide-scale measurement and high accuracy, and is of wide general importance. The main components of the flue gas are sulphur, nitrogen and carbon oxides, mainly sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and these gases have unique absorbent waves in the infrared band, known as characteristic absorbent waves. Characteristic absorption waves vary according to the substance and may therefore be used as a basis for the identification of the substances. The concentration of gases, on the other hand, was determined by testing the absorptive capacity of infrared energy according to the characteristic absorption spectrum. According to the Ramber-Bill absorption law, gas molecules absorb certain wavelengths when infrared light passes to detect gas formations.

What are the main parameters for regular on-line smoke monitoring?

On-line monitoring of flue gases is primarily monitored by: sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, oxygen, temperature, pressure, current speed, dust, humidity, etc.

On-line continuous monitoring of emission concentrations and total emissions of pollutants from fixed sources has been achieved by the continuous on-line on-line monitoring of flue gas monitoring using extraction sampling, backscatter ash concentration measurements, leather hosting pneumatic flow measurements and computer network communication techniques. At the same time, technical improvements have been made in response to the country ' s relatively small coal species, high variations in coal, high discharge concentrations of pollutants and high flue gas humidity. It is also designed in accordance with national standards to provide a professional Chinese operating platform and a Chinese reporting function, multi-group simulations and a switch input output interface, which will make it possible to connect the on-site bus and use a variety of communication methods to make the system operational and flexible.
