  The dust detector is used to measure air concentrations mainly through dust mining, usually in workplaces such as pipeline networks. Dust Monitors What can we do at low concentrations?

　　1. Checks whether the pump is working properly, whether it has a slight vibration during normal work, and is able to feel the obvious suction by blocking the vent with its finger for two seconds. Checks then whether the vents of the filter are blocked or sealed properly, leading to a leak and a lack of suction.

　　2. In order to calibrate zero points by introducing nitrogen or zero points in clean air, you shall be required to carry out tests immediately after school clearance.

　　3. After calibration of point zero, it was not possible to detect the gas to be measured and therefore the plant set-up needed to be restored.

　　Once the plant has been restored, it cannot be detected, either by refilling nitrogen or by conducting a zero calibration in clean air.

　　5. Checks whether the sensor ' s connection is damaged or poorly exposed.

　　6. If the gas is still not detected after completing all the steps above, confirm that the target gas is present and that its concentration is high enough. Concentrations below the instrument's detection limit cannot be detected.
