What's the VOC gas detector? What's the use?

At present, in the gas detector industry, gas detectors are available in all their forms, both common and unusual, to detect them. As technology continues to develop, we can detect VOC gas concentrations in the environment by using various VOC gas detectors. What is the role of such VOC gas detectors?

The detection of concentrations of VOC, VOCs and TVOCs in various environments is often detailed in many sectors, especially in the field of environmental protection, and both VOCs and TVOCs are often seen as an indication of volatile organic matter in the environment, which can be detected by VOC gas detectors.

2. Although the results detected by the VOC detector are a total VOC concentration, if we detect the gases in the target we know the type and the proportion of gases we know the proportion, then we can arrive at concentrations of the various gases in the environment.

3 If it is known that the target environment is a single VOC gas, the true concentration of the gas can be measured accurately. For example, benzene is known and the correct benzene value can be obtained by entering the CF value for benzene. However, the results of such tests are not standardized and rigorous, and we can detect accurate benzene concentrations through the VOC test tube with the VOC detector.

4. If it is generally known what type of target gas is, it can be used as an alarm to enter a hazardous site. Fireworks, accident rescue, sewer surveys, etc. The usual method is to choose the warning threshold for the VOC gas with a small warning threshold, depending on the type known in common sense, because, in bad cases, no warning is made, and that is all right.

The VOC gas detector is effective in helping us to detect organic volatile gases such as benzene, toluene, xylene and hydrocarbons, but if we need to detect a specific gas concentration in the environment, the VOC detector cannot be specifically detected, and we recommend the use of gas detection tubes.
