Why does the gas detector need to be marked often? What if it doesn't?

A gas detector, a device used to detect a gas in the air, will teach the distributors when they buy a gas detector to adjust the detector and remind them to regularly mark the gas detector. You probably don't understand why it is necessary to regularly mark it and not to look at it.

1. The accuracy of the first instrument is an important prerequisite for the warning when the concentration of toxic or flammable gases in the environment reaches the pre-set warning limit, and the correct and timely warning is a guarantee of the safety of personnel and their safety in production.

2. The accuracy of the retrometer depends primarily on the sensor, and the electrochemical and catalytic combustion sensors are subject to gradual changes and even to intoxication during their use by certain substances in the environment. The periodic marking of the gas detector is therefore fully necessary.

For the time being, all gas detectors have not moved away from relative measurements, which is why they need to be maintained and corrected in a timely manner, and the accuracy of the results detected by the instrument can only be assured by correct correction by the manufacturer.

Regular correction is also necessary to ensure that instrument detection results do not exceed normal range. As with our watches, frequent access and standard time calibration are required to ensure the accuracy of the time shown. The accuracy is all the more important in the case of a gas detector whose results are related to the safety of human life.

Regardless of whether the instrument is used or not, or whether the instrument is working, it is desirable that the instrument be regularly marked in order to achieve minimum error and maximum accuracy in the instrument's detection results. It is therefore recommended that the instrument be tested in response before it is used to ensure that it is truly protective.
