2021 Frozen Analytics, selected. Buy it!Time: 2021-03-26 Frozen gas analyzers are equipment for measuring the flue content of CO2, CO, NOx, SO2, etc., using continuous analysis of electrochemical sensors. For small-scale fuel, gas boiler pollution emissions or environmental monitoring near pollution sources, we, Highpower Environmental Technology Ltd., will show you about the 2021 flue gas analyzer sample.
I. DEFINITION OF THEIR NEEDS 1. Why buy a smoke analyzer: is it a government department request? A customer request? A self-employed company? 2. What should be the functions of a flue gas analyzer vis-à-vis the requesting sector or personnel? What are the technical indicators? For example, the government environmental services require companies to purchase them - ... just in line with a national standard, which would include a defined concentration of gases, so that there would be a measurement scope and precision requirement for the instrument. How much is the budget? Many people don't want to say their own budget, especially when they talk to the smoke analyzer salesman, and it feels like it's a secret that if it's high, the other party will raise the price of the equipment; if it's low, the other party won't talk to itself? You can go back to other sales of the same type as the manufacturer for price matching. Even if you are dealing with a manufacturer, you can use the product information provided by the other manufacturer to find a smoke analyzer with the same indicators and functions. In short, there is no monopoly in the market today. The budget is communicated to each other in advance, and the speed of communication between the parties can be accelerated. II. MAIN USE OF AMOUNT GAS ANALYSIS MATERIALS 1. Emissions monitoring: The A and E sectors are interfaced, companies monitor their own emissions of flue gas, and some have already used online smoke monitoring, but in view of the possible deviations in the online equipment, there is a need to purchase a smoke analyzer to check the on-line smoke equipment to ensure that emissions meet the standards. Currently, the national regulation of emissions is stringent and many enterprises are equipped with on-line monitoring and are equipped with portable gas analyzers. B. Meeting customer requirements, such as domestic gas appliances, and European and American countries will require CO2 emissions, which will require testing. Combustion efficiency: The burner’s efficiency can be optimized by adjustments to parameters such as the input of oxygen. III. Selection of measurement parameters For emission monitoring, regular monitoring projects are nitrogen oxides (including NO and NO2) and sulphides (mainly SO2 and sometimes H2S) or possibly CO, CO2 and hydrocarbons. Specifically, what depends on the combustion medium and the related requirements. The largest atmospheric emissions are monitoring nitrogen oxides and SO2, and if the fuel is natural gas, no SO2 monitoring is required. Emissions now need to be monitored more and more frequently, and soot measurements generally use soot collectors, drying and weighing methods. 3 Some of the plant's sensors have a high-low-range fraction, such as Deto's NO with a conventional NO and low-range NOLow. If the gas concentrations actually measured are within the low range and in order to achieve the best measure accuracy, it is preferable to use the low range sensors; if the precision requirements for the low concentration measurements are not high, and in order to protect the sensor from damage caused by mishandling, the conventional range sensors may also be selected. Emission monitoring for wet devulcanization, because of the high moisture content of the gas released after wet devulcanization, the ease with which the gas condenses into water within the probe, and SO2 is soluble in water, may result in the soot analyzer measure showing a lower concentration of SO2 than the actual concentration, and it is likely that the conventional SO2 sensor does not measure SO2 concentrations in the flue gas if the concentration in the gas was within 20 ppm. This requires the selection of accessories, such as a high-wet low-sulphur suit in Deto, a fluorine probe that avoids the condensation of water vapours in the flue gas, and a low concentration SO2 sensor that monitors SO2 concentrations at 10 ppm; another more common method is to keep high temperatures until the flue gas is inhaled to the sensor room, thus avoiding condensation in the flue gas, which is expensive, heavy equipment, and difficult to carry and operate. 5. In order to protect sensors, expensive instruments in general recommend the selection of the Partel gas pre-treatment unit, which can reduce the temperature of the flue gas to less than 5 degrees in a short period of time, thereby condensing the water in the smoke, protecting the sensors and instruments, extending the life of the sensor and ensuring the accuracy of the measurements. IV. Selection of sensor types The most popular sensors on the market are electrochemical and infrared. The advantages of electrochemicals are that they are cheap, fast to react, with the disadvantage being limited life, usually two years; and the advantages of infrared sensors are high accuracy, stable reading, long life, the disadvantages being high prices, long start times, one-and-a-half-hour preheating, and 220v power supply on the ground.
V. Brand selection It is a good choice if you just want to tell the government and the client that you have a monitoring device. Import brands generally do not have a smoke test function, and if a company wants to save money, one instrument can measure both flue gas and dust, it can only choose a national product card. At present, brands such as Qingtao, Wuhan Tianhong, and Zedillo are of good quality. 3. The quality differences between imported brands are also greater, and some customers tend to compare them equally with the countries where the brands are imported, such as the German brand of Tetou and Fissesso, who feel that the two should be price-same, and often regret the fact that if the price of one brand is lower. Imported brands of good quality with high market occupancy rates are recommended for Tetum and MRU, and high value for money is recommended for KANE in the United Kingdom. The main advantage of national brands over imported brands is that the place of production is home-grown, and maintenance is easy. VI. Selection of models Each manufacturer has its own flue gas product series, ranging from the low to the high end, with multiple models and fewer models. 2. Select to apply to one ' s own needs, it is sufficient, not to choose to exceed needs, let alone to be unable to meet them. 3. Carefully study the plant ' s location of the product and determine what is appropriate. VII. SELECTION OF SupplierS 1. The flue gas analyzer is a more complex instrument, which can be used in a variety of ways, and it is therefore preferable to find serviceable manufacturers and agents. Instruments manufacturers, some of which are larger in size and are unable to provide well-rounded services to their clients, typically designate serviceable suppliers as agents to undertake selection, use guidance and some of the after-sales services. If bought from unsure distributors, it may affect the effectiveness of their use because the manufacturer is too busy to do so. |
