Solutions

For a Cleaner, Healthier, Safer World

Highpower provides environmental monitoring system integration and after-sales services in China for Thermo Fisher Scientific, ENVEA and other manufacturers. We offer solutions for continuous emissions, particulate matter, mercury, VOCs, wastewater and industrial process monitoring. Our developments also include continuous dioxin sampling and high-temperature ultraviolet / Fourier transform ammonia slip monitoring.

Marine Continuous Emissions Monitoring

The UW-50 uses UV differential optical absorption spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) to measure SO2, NO, CO2 and other gases simultaneously and calculate the sulfur-to-carbon ratio. It accurately measures a vessel's exhaust emissions in real time, providing detailed feedback on engine desulfurization and denitrification systems.

Total Reduced Sulfur (TRS) Monitoring

The total reduction of sulphur (TRS) monitoring can be a very effective way of monitoring the stench, whose sensitivity, real-time and economics are very good, at least as an important complement to the stench monitoring.

Petrochemical VOC Monitoring Solutions

The main controls on VOC emissions in the petroleum refining industry include the rehabilitation of catalytic re-gas emissions, catalyst re-gas emissions, discharges from organic waste gas collection and treatment units for wastewater treatment, discharges from organic waste gas recovery units, freight forwarding of oil, oil storage, gas discharges from crack furnaces, etc.

MIR9000 Infrared Gas Filter Correlation CEMS

Infrared freither absorption uses material molecules to inflate the concentration of the infrared spectrum and calculates the concentration of the various gas parameters through a single-channel spectroscopy model. The system monitors multiple groups of SO2, NO, NO2, NOx, CO, CO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, H2O, O2 etc. in the flue gases, especially for the waste incineration industry. At the same time, platinum resistance is used to measure flue gas temperature, sensor to measure flue gas pressure, and type S leather custodian to measure flue gas flow speed.

Wet Extractive Particulate CEMS

The PM-1820WS pre-scatter particulates monitoring system includes sampling probes, thermostat line, carburetor chamber, measuring host, controller, analysis unit, etc. The system is suitable for online measurements of particles of wet flue following the wet removal system, cold pipe below the spot or water droplets. The system evaporates the water droplets by continuously extracting representative flue gas from the flue stream through a single-speed sampling device, heating to the temperature above the drop point, and then measuring the concentration of particulate matter under dry fume conditions.

Particulate CEMS for Dry Flue Gas

PM-2620 is a unit for large and medium-sized pyrotechnics that allows for high-precision, low-precision maintenance, flexible systems and analyzers that meet international standards. As an alternative to obscurity, it can measure mass concentrations (mg/m3) and can be calibrated for emission monitoring at lower concentrations.

Petrochemical VOC Monitoring Solutions

Multiple VOCs were tested at focus points, rapid monitoring coverage and early warning, late tracers at key points were achieved within a given range, and more comprehensive support was provided for the LADR project in conjunction with Thermo Fisher TVA2020C.

Dilution-Based Ultra-Low Emissions CEMS

Thermo Fisher Scientific pioneered ultraviolet fluorescence SO2 analyzers and chemiluminescence NOx analyzers. Its ambient-grade gas analyzers provide ppb-level measurement precision. External probe dilution eliminates the effects of condensate without heated sample lines and prevents blockages caused by high dust concentrations.
