MIR-FT Fourier Transform CEMSOverview The CEMS system for continuous emissions of flue gases from waste incineration plants differs considerably from CEMS, which is a general coal-fired boiler. CEMS, which is not suitable for waste incineration by routine dry water removal, requires CEMS, which is a gaseous contaminant with high temperature thermal humidity. The MIR-FT continuous monitoring system of emissions of flue gases is primarily on-line for waste incinerators. MIR-FT is based on the direct extraction of thermal humid system based on the infrared absorption method of Fourier, which consists mainly of the pre-processing system for sampling, the FTIR gas analyzer and the three main components of the data acquisition and processing module. Infrared freither absorption uses material molecules to inflate the concentration of the infrared spectrum and calculates the concentration of the various gas parameters through a single-channel spectroscopy model. The system monitors multiple groups of SO2, NO, NO2, NOx, CO, CO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, H2O, O2 etc. in the flue gases, especially for the waste incineration industry. At the same time, platinum resistance is used to measure flue gas temperature, sensor to measure flue gas pressure, and type S leather custodian to measure flue gas flow speed. Features Rapid and synchronized measurements of up to 14 gases; Specially designed to measure wet and corrosive sample gases; Good calibration stability; Automatic correction of spectral interference; Data acquisition based on Windows-based PC-driven software. 180°C high-temperature heating pipe and measuring pool. Sensitivity-heated sample pool. Technical Specifications:
