PM-1820WS Wet Extractive Particulate CEMSOverview The PM-1820WS pre-scatter particulates monitoring system includes sampling probes, thermostat line, carburetor chamber, measuring host, controller, analysis unit, etc. The system is suitable for online measurements of particles of wet flue following the wet removal system, cold pipe below the spot or water droplets. The system evaporates the water droplets by continuously extracting representative flue gas from the flue stream through a single-speed sampling device, heating to the temperature above the drop point, and then measuring the concentration of particulate matter under dry fume conditions. Heated sampling effectively overcomes the problem of monitoring interference with in situ particles after hysteria and droplets, as well as dilution techniques that can cause dilution difficulties and magnify data errors. The PM-1820WS master analyzer, which is fully compliant with the QAL1 standard and certified through TUV, uses advanced ex-scatter dust. Features (b) Industrial process monitoring applicable to the condition of the water vapour and to the presence of sub-surface sites; High sensitivity. (<0.1mg/m3), Especially for wet flue gas measurements ; All key components have automatic control and corresponding testing functions (including gasification chambers, light-scatter units and sampling pumps); Automatic zero points and transversal drift checks, and manual calibration; A strong user interface with built-in data logs and data records; (a) The entire system has no operational components and no launch source; (b) Modularized design to facilitate installation; The built-in system is self-diagnostic; (b) Waiting for quick sampling, reflecting the real situation; Supporting the Chinese interface; Options for PVDF materials and stainless steel sampling poles are available.
