PM-2620 Backscatter Dust Monitor

Applications
PM-2620 uses backscatter sensors. The concentration of particles is measured by testing the laser strength of particles dispersed in the pyrotechnics. The effects of direct reflection and natural light are eliminated by regulating the equipment angle and the modulating light source. This applies to the monitoring of particulate matter for dry flue gas conditions. / For high and low concentrations of emissions for large and medium-sized pipe, certified range 15 mg/m3. / Using backscatter technology, the minimum checkout is less than 1 mg/m3. / Manual zero and quantum calibration. /Auto functions check. /Blowing failure automatically alerts and automatically triggers internal optical isolation. / Single-side installation, with all measurement components located outside the pyrotechnic, significantly reduces the risk of contamination of the system. / The flue gas is prevented from entering the analyzer when calibration maintenance is performed.

PM-2620 uses backscatter sensors. The concentration of particles is measured by testing the laser strength of particles dispersed in the pyrotechnics. The effects of direct reflection and natural light are eliminated by regulating the equipment angle and the modulating light source.

Features

• Applies to the monitoring of particulate matter for dry flue gas conditions.

• High- and low-concentration emission monitoring applied to large and medium-sized flue tubes, with a certified range of 15 mg/m3.

● Use of post-scatter technology , Minimum checkout is less than 1mg/m3。

• Manual zero points and quantum calibration.

:: Automatic functional checks.

• Auto-alert when a blow-down is ineffective and can automatically trigger internal optical isolation.

• Single-side installation, with all measurement components located outside the pyrotechnic, significantly reducing the risk of contamination of the system.

• The smoke is prevented from entering the analyzer when calibration maintenance is performed.
